Jude Bellingham reacts to Arsenal thrashing of Sheffield United with four-word message
Jude Bellingham, the renowned player from Real Madrid, commended Eddie Nketiah for his exceptional performance in Arsenal’s victory over Sheffield United in the Premier League.
Nketiah, a product of Arsenal’s Hale End academy, scored three out of the team’s five goals against Sheffield United, contributing significantly to Mikel Arteta’s side as they narrowed the gap in the Premier League standings.
Fabio Vieira and Takehiro Tomiyasu also found the net, resulting in the most substantial win for the North London club this season.
Nketiah’s three goals at the Emirates Stadium included two impressive strikes, along with a second goal that was fortuitous due to an error by Sheffield United’s Wes Foderingham.
With five goals in eight starts this season, the English international is currently the top scorer for the Gunners in the Premier League.
Due to Gabriel Jesus’ hamstring injury, the 23-year-old is anticipated to secure a consistent spot in Mikel Arteta’s starting lineup. Following his impressive three-goal haul against the league’s weakest defense, Nketiah aims to maintain his form in upcoming matches against Newcastle, Sevilla, and Burnley before the next international break.
After his triumph against Sheffield United, Nketiah dedicated his goals to his late Auntie, expressing his sentiment on Instagram with a post and three accompanying pictures, stating: “1st PL hat-trick! That was for you Auntie Baby.”
Numerous Arsenal players, including Aaron Ramsdale, Martin Odegaard, and Declan Rice, offered their congratulations on his achievement in comments on the post.
Real Madrid’s Bellingham also joined in to commend Nketiah’s success.
After extending his impressive beginning in Spain by scoring two goals in Real Madrid’s victory over Barcelona in El Clasico last Saturday, Bellingham took to Instagram to commend Nketiah.
He left a comment on the striker’s post, expressing his admiration. “Service must’ve been strong,” with a telephone emoji and fire emoji.
Ex-Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham also commented, writing: “That’s it,” with a red heart.
