Mikel Arteta introduces classy mural to Arsenal’s training ground amid Man City Premier League title battle
Arsenal has displayed a painting of their badge and the phrase “Train to Win” at their training base in London Colney.
The artwork is intended for Mikel Arteta’s team to see every day during training, demonstrating Arteta’s commitment to improving the club’s culture.
When he took over as head coach in December 2019, Mikel Arteta emphasized the need to establish a winning mentality by being determined, consistent, and disciplined in shaping the club’s culture.
“Every day is important, every act is important.” Fast forward just over three years and he has certainly changed the trajectory of the north London outfit.
Noticed this today. A small thing, but in keeping with the changes and small details Mikel Arteta has added at Colney. The players have to walk over it just as they step out onto the training pitches every day. pic.twitter.com/xupvjgpRmz

Despite currently being at the top of the Premier League with a five-point lead over Manchester City in second place and only 12 games left in the season, Arsenal is aware that the title race is far from over.
Mikel Arteta, who previously spent three and a half seasons as an assistant coach at City, has repeatedly emphasized the need for caution and focus.
“We want to stay there, but it is going to take a lot of effort,” he said on Saturday after his side beat Bournemouth 3-2. “There are still a lot of games to be played.
“In the Premier League every game, unfortunately, is like that, but that is the beauty of it.”
