Real Madrid and Manchester United target dreaming of Arsenal move – Reports
Gabri Veiga, a midfielder who has been linked with Manchester United and Real Madrid, reportedly dreams of playing for Premier League leaders Arsenal, as per a report from Spanish outlet Diario AS (via Fichajes.net).
Veiga’s impressive performance in La Liga this season, with eight goals and three assists in 24 league matches for Celta Vigo, has caught the attention of many top European clubs, including Arsenal, Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Newcastle United.
According to reports, all the clubs mentioned, including Arsenal, Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Newcastle United, are ready to meet Celta Vigo’s financial requirements for Gabri Veiga, the 20-year-old midfielder.
Celta Vigo is currently facing financial difficulties, and a transfer fee for Veiga could provide much-needed funds for the club.
Meanwhile, the player himself is reportedly open to a change of environment.

Reports suggest that both Real Madrid and Manchester United have shown interest in the player, but the Spaniard has his sights set elsewhere.
It is believed that Veiga has a strong desire to play for Arsenal, who are currently in the lead for the Premier League title, and Mikel Arteta is keen to have him as part of the team’s young squad in the upcoming summer transfer window.
This news is a major setback for Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Newcastle United, as Veiga’s preference for Arsenal means that unless there are complications in negotiations between Arsenal and Celta Vigo, the other three clubs may find it difficult to persuade him to change his mind.
Veiga is an attacking midfielder who has spent his entire career at Celta Vigo. He progressed through the youth ranks and was rewarded with his first senior contract in July 2022. At the international level, Veiga represents Spain’s U21 team. His contract with Celta Vigo expires in June 2026.
Veiga has a particular strength in taking shots from long distances and is also skilled at passing with confidence. In addition, he has displayed leadership qualities and emerged as a natural leader in midfield.
